Common Questions

When are you coming to Kauai?
Providing service to the people and island of Kauai has been a goal of Hawaii Superferry since the inception of our company. Right now we are demonstrating ourselves as a reliable and responsible transportation service provider between the islands of Oahu and Maui and talking and listening to members of the community. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

When are you coming to the Big Island?
We are scheduled to launch service to the Big Island in the Spring of 2009. A firm start date is yet to be determined. The second ferry is more than half way done, and everything is going according to schedule. The Kawaihae Harbor will also need to be outfitted to accommodate the ferry and these details are being worked out as well.
 
Is there parking at the ports?
The State of Hawaii is providing long-term parking at the Honolulu Ferry Terminal only. Get more information.
