No-Show Policy

If you are not able to travel, we encourage you to contact the Reservation Center at 1-877-443-3779 PRIOR to the scheduled departure time.  This will give you the opportunity to rebook the reservation and apply the value of the original ticket to a new travel date.  All applicable change fees will be applied.

Passengers who do not notify Hawaii Superferry prior to the scheduled departure time will be considered a "no show" for the voyage, and will forfeit the fare.
