Before leaving for the port

We recommend that you check the status of your voyage before leaving for the port. You can either call our automated phone system at 1-877-HI-FERRY (877-443-3779) or click here to view the voyage status online.

If you're traveling with a vehicle, we recommend you arrive at the port at least 90 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. For walk-on passengers, we recommend you arrive at least 60 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.

Entrance to the terminal will promptly close 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. You will be denied boarding if you arrive after the entrances are closed.
